and package in the UK is charged at £0.75 per. package up
to value £28 [NOT PER. ORDER] irrespective of how many species
are enclosed, and thereafter at the current Special Delivery rate,

you do not wish to receive livestock, and unless specifically
requested, any unfulfilled orders will not be carried over after
March 2003. All parcels are sent first class, so if any arrive
late or are damaged to the extent that the contents are affected,
please contact me immediately. Do not hesitate to 'phone for rearing
advice, but please do not write, Fax or E-mail, particularly during
the Season as I just don't have the time to reply. I'm always
looking for livestock to either exchange or to purchase, so if
you have anything spare, please get in touch.

TERMS..... Pupae are priced singly and
ova / larvae per. pack. A pack is 15 ova or 10 larvae. Ova constitutes
the default pack, but in the case of unobserved pairings, young
larvae will be supplied. Every effort is made to ensure that ova
are fertile, and while fertility is easy to see in some species
[ Automeris spp.], in others it is not. Even apparently perfect
pairings do not guarantee viable ova, so if eggs collapse or fail
to hatch, please retain them and contact me immediately. Do not
send them back. Infertile ova will be replaced, or if that is
not possible, the value will be refunded or credited. If, on receipt,
there are problems with Larvae or Pupae, please inform me immediately.
As I have no control over how they are kept, I cannot accept responsibility
for the condition of livestock beyond two weeks of despatch. All
invoices must be paid in full. Please do not hold payment and
later deduct an amount for infertile ova, as this does not give
me the opportunity to replace them. Overseas orders can be invoiced
periodically on request. Payment by any method (now includes credit
card) including personal cheques in most currencies from non-Sterling
accounts.
'Payment on receipt'
is to everyone's advantage, but so many people have taken advantage
of it, that I am now only able to offer this to established customers,
members of E.L.G. etc. The names of defaulters, after polite requests
for payment and a final warning, will be given to Dealers, to
Groups and Societies, displayed at Entomological shows and Fairs
and published in my catalogue and on this website.
